Meet Carson
Carson is an Associate Attorney at Rice Park Law, dedicated to providing tailored legal services to lending institutions, business owners, and individuals across a wide range of commercial matters.
In this role, Carson supports clients through every stage of their business and financial transactions, including commercial lending, real estate acquisitions, corporate governance, and contract negotiation. He takes pride in delivering practical, business-focused legal solutions that align with each client’s strategic objectives.
While earning his J.D. from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law, Carson participated in a Co-operative Education program with Ben Franklin Technology Partners and contributed pro bono services to the Small Business Development Project. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Penn State University.
Outside of work, Carson enjoys golfing and spending time with his family and dogs.
