Meet Abbie

Abbie C. Trone is an associate attorney at Rice Park Law with over a decade of legal experience representing clients in complex and sensitive matters. Throughout her career, Abbie has been recognized for her compassionate, client-centered approach and dedication to advocating for her clients. Her prior practice focused on personal injury and sexual assault litigation, including Title IX matters, where she provided representation to individuals navigating challenging legal circumstances. Today, Abbie focuses her practice on estate planning and administration, real estate, civil litigation, and creditors’ rights collections, bringing the same commitment to thoughtful, effective advocacy to every matter she handles.

Abbie is deeply committed to both professional excellence and service. She is an active member of the Pennsylvania and Cumberland County Bar Associations, and participates in several professional organizations, including the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the Middle District Pro Bono Attorney Program. Her contributions have earned her recognition as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers “Rising Star” from 2019 through 2023 and inclusion in Best Lawyers from 2019 to 2025.

Beyond work, Abbie is rooted in her community and passionate about conservation. She is a member of Friends of Michaux State Forest and the Potomac Appalachian Trail Club. When she isn’t practicing law, she enjoys life on her family’s hobby farm, where she raises goats, pigs, chickens, and a donkey. Abbie also enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, horseback riding, and cycling.
