Meet Amity

Amity Fox is the Director of Business Operations at Rice Park Law, where she oversees operational strategy and business functions, manages cross-functional projects, and implements systems to improve organizational efficiency, all with a focus on clarity, collaboration, and community engagement.

Before joining Rice Park Law in 2025, Amity served as an Associate Provost at Dickinson College, where she led strategic initiatives, managed academic programs and budgets, and built local, national, and international partnerships.

Amity earned an M.S. in Higher Education Administration from Drexel University and a B.A. in International Business & Management and Russian Area Studies from Dickinson College. She is also an alumna of the U.S. Fulbright Scholar Program in Germany.

Outside of work, she enjoys time with family and friends, cheering for her children and supporting their swim teams at the Carlisle YMCA and Swim Club, and diving into Lego projects, games, and puzzles.
