Christopher E. Rice
After serving clients for the past 21 years at a local law firm, Christopher E. Rice became a co-founder of Rice Park Law, located in downtown Carlisle, Pennsylvania, on April 1, 2025.
A native of South Central Pennsylvania, Chris grew up in Lancaster County and later moved to Cumberland County to attend the Dickinson School of Law where he graduated from in 2003. He has deep roots in the community and has actively contributed to numerous local non-profit organizations and associations. Alongside his legal practice, Chris is dedicated to the redevelopment and revitalization of downtown Carlisle through various development projects.
Outside of his professional commitments, Chris enjoys coaching his children’s sports teams or enthusiastically supporting them from the sidelines. He is an avid outdoorsman who spends his leisure time hunting, fishing, and hiking.
Christopher lives in Carlisle with his wife, Jill, and their three children. Jill also works at Rice Park Law.
