Meet David, Your Trusted Attorney
David Park is one of the founders of Rice Park Law, located in Carlisle, PA. David began his legal career as a law clerk with Martson Law Offices during law school, later becoming an attorney there in 2015 and a shareholder in 2022.
David maintains a varied corporate practice, primarily focusing on representing lending institutions and borrowers in commercial transactions. He also serves as outside general counsel for businesses, regularly assisting clients with drafting and negotiating various agreements, including acquisitions, software licensing, and warehousing distribution contracts. Additionally, David advises clients on HR and employment-related matters, providing practical solutions and guidance.
David feels fortunate to practice law in the community he calls home alongside his wife Ellie and their two children, Zoe and Xander. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and hiking local trails with their rescue dogs, Ollie, Iris, and Jorah.
