Meet Jessica
Jessica Mitchell is an experienced attorney at Rice Park Law, bringing 14 years of legal expertise to her practice. She specializes in labor and employment law, workers’ compensation, business law, lender representation, business transactions, real estate, loan documentation, and civil litigation. Jessica is known for her strategic problem-solving, clear communication, and unwavering commitment to helping clients navigate legal challenges with confidence. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Federal Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Federal Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Beyond her legal practice, Jessica is dedicated to giving back to the community. She serves on the UCP Central PA Board of Directors, where she holds the role of Immediate Past Chair, advocating for individuals with disabilities and supporting inclusive initiatives. Her dedication to service aligns with Rice Park Law’s mission to empower and uplift those in need.
When she’s not in the office, Jessica enjoys spending quality time with her husband, two children, and their pets. She has a passion for photography, crafting, and exploring the outdoors—whether it’s hiking, kayaking, or simply enjoying a good book.
